Victory Sweet
Victory Sweet’s vision is to see dragonfruit normalized as part of a nutritious and delicious balanced diet. The brand makes these health benefits accessible through a range of products including dietary supplements, packaged frozen dragonfruit smoothies, and dragonfruit tea—each designed to deliver the fruit in its purest form. By working directly with growers, Victory Sweet ensures fair pay while maintaining the highest quality ingredients. Dragonfruit is known to offer numerous health benefits, including supporting digestion, strengthening the immune system, and helping reduce the risk of conditions such as diabetes and colon cancer.
Legend says dragonfruit was the final treasure to emerge from a dragon’s flames. When a dragon was slain, the fruit was collected and presented to the Emperor as a prized symbol of victory. Despite this powerful legacy, dragonfruit has long been underrecognized as the superfruit it truly is. Victory Sweet reintroduces dragonfruit as a modern symbol of vitality, empowering consumers to reclaim control over their health through its powerful nutritional benefits.
This brand identity project explores how storytelling and visual design can elevate an overlooked superfruit into a bold, memorable brand. The identity draws inspiration from the mythology of dragons and victory, translating these themes into a visual system that feels energetic, modern, and powerful. Through expressive typography, vibrant color palettes inspired by the fruit itself, and dynamic graphic elements, the brand communicates strength, vitality, and natural energy while positioning dragonfruit as a premium health product.

Brand Development
The illustration in this logo is intended to capture the legendary visual depictions of dragons that would be immediately distinguishable. I was also inspired by the punch of typography and illustration choices used in various fruit stickers. While Victory Sweet doesn’t directly distribute raw dragonfruit, the resemblance to fruit stickers signals the freshness and authenticity of ingredients to the audience.

Brand Pattern Development
Victory Sweet’s pattern was primarily inspired by studying abroad in London. Specifically, I took inspiration from the work of William Morris and the Arts and Crafts movement. The pattern was hand-drawn in Procreate and then vectorized to make it feel more ornate. The process started by illustrating dragon fruits from different angles and then connecting them with decorative foliage.
